  Describe a child that you know.

  You should say:

  who this child is and how often you see him or her

  how old this child is

  what he or she is like

  and explain what you feel about this child.

  雅思口語范文（一）： I don’ t actually know any children, to be honest. I don’ t have a child of my own and I have no brothers or sisters, so I don’ t really know what to say. I don’ t work with children, have conversations with random children on the street or on the internet, so this question is pretty hard for me to answer. Actually, I think it’ s kind of unfair to ask this question, because unlike a question such as “tell me about your favourite television show” , it’ s impossible to give a negative answer. While I could answer that question by saying “I don’ t watch television for the following reasons” , there are no reasons as to why I don’ t know a child – it’ s just a statement of fact. I know you can’ t ask me a different question, but really – it’ s kind of annoying.

  雅思口語范文（二）：A child I know is my nephew, Stuart. He is the son of my brother Paul and he is six years old. I see him every Christmas and New Years when I return home to see my family. He is always there with my brother. Stuart is a lovely child, full of life and ambition. He often says hilarious things due to his naivety and innocence of the world around him, such as when he asked “Why do people love money?” We couldn’ t answer his question, as any attempts to do so were met with more confusion on his part, which was just adorable. I feel Stuart will be a great success later in life due to his inquisitive nature and exuberance of spirit. He is a lovely child.
