Judged by Chinese traditions,the elderly are symbols of wisdom and compared to the charming twilight.At the option of mine,I would agree that it is an excellent idea to work at an old age.
Like racial discrimination,encouraging people to retire at the old age can be regarded as“age discrimination”,which is against the universally accepted notion of “men are born equal”.With the development of medical science and the improvement of living standards,people now boast longer life expectancy.Most people are still energetically healthy at the old age,an age which should no longer be considered as a weak age.
To summarize an old age is still a prime time in one's life and the elderly should not be encouraged to retire.
