  Celebrities are now everywhere — on TV, in magazines, or in sports arenas. The omnipresence has earned them a cult following among young people, even for those who set a bad example. In my opinion, this is unfortunately negative. 38 words

  One serious problem that can arise from the admiration is that it can lead to blind imitation. While in the transition period to adulthood, the young admirers see media and sports stars in the news everyday and mimic what they do, fantasizing about being like them when growing up. Their behavior (drug use and drink driving) sometimes could be even destructive.
